Ghost Hunting Equipment You'll Use
Before your investigation begins, our experienced guides will share their techniques to prepare you for any strange and peculiar phenomena that you may encounter. Each guest will be provided with and trained to use an array of traditional and state-of-the-art ghost-hunting equipment or feel free to bring their own devices from home. We use a wide variety of tools of the trade to find evidence of ghosts and other supernatural beings.
REM POD
The Rem Pod operates through conductivity and proximity to the device. If you get close to them, the lights and sounds will go off. Take note when nothing earthly is nearby and it
starts flashing and beeping. This is a great way to communicate once you know a spirit is in the room. You can ask them to try touching the light to make it go off, as well as use it
for yes and no questions.
SLS
The SLS is an amazing tool that allows users to map out an environment. It fires an array of infrared dots used to trace entities allowing us to see things not possible to see with the
human eye.
THERMAL CAMERA
Thermal cameras measure temperature throughout the room, blue being a colder area, and red being a warmer area. It can be used to detect cold or hot spots and residual imprints of
the spirits.
OVILUS V
The Ovilus works using its two antennas to capture the local environment around the device. It has a variety of modes with the most popular being the Dictionary mode. The
dictionary has a preset 2,048 words to choose from and each word is triggered by different environmental conditions. Spirits can manipulate the environment, which is why we feel
cold and hot spots. They will manipulate that local environment until they get the word they are searching for.
EMF METER
Used to detect electromagnetic fields, watch for spikes that turn to orange and red. Those spikes could be spirits nearby and that lets you know something is in the room and you can try to
start communicating. A solid first tool for investigating!
SPIRIT BOX
Spirit Box is used to sweep AM/FM radio stations to help the spirits communicate with us.
MUSIC BOX
The music is operated by a motion detector. If you or something not of this world walks by, it will go off. Another great way to know you’re not alone in the room.
CAT TOYS
The cat toys are simple in that they light up when they are moved. Place them on a steady surface and the spirits can interact with them.
Immediately following the conclusion of your investigation, our experts will help you to rule out any logical explanations from your findings and to help understand any paranormal or psychic phenomena that you may have just experienced. You, the investigator, will then be left to decide whether or not you believe 416 W. Liberty is truly haunted.
